Georgia Institute of Technology is a stone’s throw away from the community and the Tech Trolley even picks up right outside the building! Savannah College of Art and Design is also nearby.

Location, location and Publix are my reasons for buying my unit at Plaza Midtown. When I moved from Orlando to Atlanta for my job, I told my Realtor I wanted to be near a MARTA station as I did not want a long commute to work. I fell in love with the community while looking at a few units and then we toured this 2 bedroom 2 bath on the 20th floor and I knew I had found my new home as soon as I walked in. I lived in Decatur for 6 years and worked in Midtown.
