The Brookwood

Welcome to The Brookwood

Just because you live in a condominium doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy walking around the neighborhood. Just ask anyone who lives in The Brookwood. It sits on Peachtree between Ardmore Park and Brookwood Hills — two of Atlanta’s most popular residential neighborhoods — in what is often considered one of the city’s most pedestrian-friendly spaces. It is also located in a prime area for shopping, dining, nightlife, and entertainment — right where Midtown meets Buckhead.

Things to Do

Because of The Brookwood’s central location, you will never run out of things to do. When you feel like a day or night of culture and history, head south to Midtown and visit the Fox Theatre, the Woodruff Arts Center, and the gorgeous Atlanta Botanical Garden. Want to shop at some of the top designer boutiques in the world? Just head north to Buckhead. You can find practically any brand at the shops and boutiques at Lenox Square and Phipps Plaza. No matter which direction you go, you will find hundreds of amazing restaurants scattered throughout the city, including some right there within walking distance of your home. Some of these include R. Thomas Deluxe Grill, Watershed, and Saltyard.

Schools

One of the greatest appeals to parents who want to live in The Brookwood is its school district. Students will attend E. Rivers Elementary School, Sutton Middle School, and North Atlanta High School. All three fall under the Atlanta Public Schools system, and all three are International Baccalaureate World Schools. Higher education institutes in the area include the Savannah College of Art and Design, Emory University, Georgia State University, and Georgia Tech. Private schools in the area include Christ the King School, Atlanta International School, and Trinity School.

Amenities

In addition to its walkable neighborhood, The Brookwood offers top-notch amenities. They include a large saline pool, fitness center, club house with full kitchen, outdoor kitchen and dining area, and an outdoor lounge with fireplace. Other amenities meant to make life just a little more convenient for you include climate-controlled wine storage, billiards, a coffee station, and concierge services.

Inside The Brookwood

Your home inside The Brookwood has just as much to offer, if not more. From the stainless steel appliances to the natural wood cabinetry and granite countertops, you will love cooking in your large, open kitchen with gas stoves. The floors are wide-plank hardwood, and the ceilings reach 10 to 11 feet. Each unit is pre-wired for your very own home theater, and features a large balcony where you can kick back and enjoy your favorite book and a glass of wine. At the end of the day, relax in your separate shower or soaking tub.
