Welcome to Luxe
Luxe is one of Atlanta’s newer condo buildings, and true to its name, it offers plenty of luxury in the heart of Midtown. It also offers amazing views. It sits right on Atlanta’s infamous Piedmont Park, between 12th and 13th Streets, and at 22 stories high, you can look out over the park or the Midtown Atlanta skyline from your balcony, depending on which side of the building you choose to call home. The condos tend to be larger at Luxe, and they also offer three-bedroom plans compared to most area buildings that only go up to two.
Things to Do
Of course, the most popular attractions in the area surrounding Luxe is Piedmont Park. The 189-acre green space offers something for everyone. You can walk, bike, jog, or skate down its paved trails; walk your dog in the dog park; swim; play sports, fish in the lake, or practice your game at the driving club or tennis center. There is also a playground and plenty of space to have a picnic, and the park hosts some of the city’s biggest festivals and events each year. Next to the park is the beautiful Atlanta Botanical Garden, and if you are in the mood for a little history, you can head a few blocks west to the Margaret Mitchell House and Museum. If you enjoy excellent restaurants, Luxe is located in the right neighborhood. Some of the locals’ favorites include The Nook on Piedmont Park, Joe’s on Juniper, and Einstein’s.
Schools
Because Luxe offers larger condos than some of its neighbors, it is popular with families. Luxe feeds into Springdale Park Elementary School, Inman Middle School, and Grady High School, which is just south of the park. Local private schools include The Children’s School, Primrose School of Midtown, Dar-Un-Noor Academy, and The Goddard School. Colleges within a few miles of Luxe include Georgia Tech, Georgia State University, the Savannah College of Art and Design, and Emory University.
Amenities
Easy access to Piedmont Park is one thing, but Luxe offers plenty of amenities on its own campus, as well. A concierge is always available. You can also take advantage of the pool and deck with cabanas on the sixth floor or the state-of-the-art gym and sauna. There is even a massage room, an outdoor kitchen, dog walking areas, and plenty of space for entertaining. You will also enjoy many of the access control measures the building offers.
Inside Luxe
The interior of your Luxe condominium is just as amazing as the outside. Entire walls made of glass windows, hardwood floors, and Bosch stainless steel appliances make each home as comfortable as it is gorgeous. Ceilings range from 10 to 12 feet, and each residence offers a balcony that is positioned to give you the best possible view. The one, two, and three-bedroom condos range from around 900 to almost 3,000 square feet.
